Alanna
One of the best things about being a photographer, as it turns out, is meeting and getting to know so many terrific people. As I think about it, that may actually be the best thing.
Being a photographer enables me to cross paths with people I would have never otherwise met. Fashion designers, clients, models, hair and makeup artists, videographers, photographers….
This will be the first in an ongoing series of posts featuring some of these people:

Alanna is a talented model with a diverse portfolio (see link above). Basically, she can do anything!
She is also a pure pleasure to collaborate with on and off set! We exchange ideas and concepts well ahead of the shoots, and for the “red” shots below, she was at a fabric store the evening before, texting me images of various colors, then purchased eleven yards (!) of the red we ultimately selected.
Alanna always arrives early, is well-prepared, and is continuously positive and professional. I’m always looking forward to our next opportunity to work together, and always grateful that our paths crossed.
These images were the result of a collaboration with Alanna, with make-up & hair styling by Melissa Dodd, and studio provided by Random Original Productions.
